Hi! My name is Gracie Guidotti! Ever since I was little I have been baking with my Grandma, recently I really became interested in the art of it. Many might just think that baking is mixing some ingredients together and then popping them in the oven for a certain amount of time. For some that is all it is, but for me it is so much more than that. It’s a time for me to “wind down” or to spend some quality time with my family. Its almost my escape from the real world. After taking out the wonderful smelling treat from the oven I feel satisfaction from people eating “my work.” Baking has been my passion for a while now and I have discovered some REALLY good recipes from combing through thousands online.
